Privacy Policy — TeleCue
Last updated: September 8, 2026
TeleCue (“we,” “the app”) is a teleprompter application for iMac and MacBook. An iPad version may follow.
Information We Collect
TeleCue does not collect, transmit, or sell personal information.
- Scripts and text you enter or import are stored on your device only.
- We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or account systems that send your content to our servers.
- We do not require you to create a TeleCue account to use the app.
How Your Content Is Used
- Your scripts are used only to display and scroll text in the teleprompter on your device.
- Optional actions you choose (for example Save or Share via the system Files sheet) stay under your control through Apple’s system interfaces.
Payments & Subscriptions
All in-app purchases and subscription transactions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. TeleCue does not receive, collect, or store your payment or financial information.
Third Parties & Analytics
TeleCue does not share your script content with third parties.
If you have opted in at the system level, Apple may collect anonymized diagnostic and crash data to help improve app stability. Use of Apple services (App Store, device backups, and similar) is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
Because we do not collect your data on our servers, we do not retain personal data about your use of the app. Uninstalling the app removes app-stored data on that device, subject to any device backups you manage yourself.
Children’s Privacy
TeleCue is a general productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
